Utilities

Water, power, and effluent on site.

Process water, a dedicated 33 kV sub-station, and the ETP plant sit on the utilities block — cooling towers on the water circuit, chimney and treatment plant in view.

Processing

Aseptic and concentrate lines.

Fruit and vegetable processing rated in MT per hour — tomato concentrate at 12 MTPH, IQF at 2 MT/H, plus lines for mango, blueberry, papaya, guava, amla, and vegetable juices. Produce is washed and sorted on the intake line before it reaches concentrate and pack.

Cold chain

Multi-temperature cold storage.

5,000 MT across −20°C and 0–10°C chambers, plus ripening, blast freeze, and IQF — hold inventory beside your line without off-site cold rooms.
